From the start when we met Bruce and had no idea where we wanted to go, he was super personable and took the time to get to know what we were looking for in a honeymoon. He was able to plan the perfect trip to Italy for us within our budget. Bruce answered all of our questions & took care of everything for us. He was always available quickly by email or phone call to help us. This made the honeymoon planning process stress free. Before we left on our trip, Bruce gave us all the documents, vouchers and itineraries we would need, which made everything very smooth and easy for us in Italy. We will for sure be calling him for any future trips. Thanks for all of your help Bruce - we had the most amazing honeymoon!”

“When it came time to plan our honeymoon, Tony came highly recommended by my parents, as he has helped them plan many wonderful vacations. He did not disappoint! My fiance (at the time) and I had a rough idea of what we wanted to do (Grand Canyon and Las Vegas), and Tony helped us to make it a reality, including spending hours on the phone with the hotel in Grand Canyon, the day after the government shut down was lifted, in order to get us the last hotel room available with a canyon view!! Each hotel we stayed at was better than the last. Tony helped us book airfare, car rental, and three different hotels and while we didn't have any issues while with our reservations while we were traveling, he assured us that he was only a phone call away to deal with any problems which gave us peace of mind. My husband and I will definitely be going back to Tony to plan our future vacations!”

“Bruce was so unbelievably helpful in planning our honeymoon! He was knowledgeable about all the places we were considering, and most importantly he was very responsive to our emails and questions! The place he recommended was amazing (Iberostar in Jamaica) - and he set up transfers directly to and from the airport to the hotel. We were met by an agent at the hotel to help us plan our excursions too, and he was available for all our questions while we were there. We definitely benefited from going through a travel agency instead of doing it ourselves! ”

“An organization I was involved with gave me the task of figuring out what would be the best travel arrangements for a company buying trip. I thought I could accomplish this all on the internet..but boy was I wrong. I finally gave up and called Bruce at Longwood Travel. The knowledge that he had about which cruise ships left on what days for what price and with what benefits was invaluable. “I know that there are far more important things on everyone’s mind right now than traveling or booking vacations - but I did want to take a minute to shout out Bruce. I had a trip planned to Bermuda over April vacation which of course didn’t happen due to the current COVID19 pandemic. Thankfully, the insurance policy that Bruce set us up with last summer allowed us to cancel our trip entirely for a full refund for any reason. So I would like to give a shout out to Tony at Longwood Travel. I met Tony and booked my dream trip to Alaska. Unfortunately because of COVID19 and some other health issues, I decided to postpone my trip. I reached out to Tony to ask him his thoughts. He immediately agreed - and didn’t miss a beat to help me feel comfortable about my decision to rebook for next summer! I am so grateful for Tony and his work ethic - it’s so nice to know he took my concerns seriously and took care of our business when the office wasn’t even open!
